I'm a Senior Business Analyst with 4+ years turning ambiguous business problems into systems teams can actually build. I've delivered across health-insurance systems, life insurance, government, and luxury retail — owning the requirements phase from bidding and scope definition through to UAT.
I own the requirements phase end to end — from bidding and scope definition through elicitation workshops, use case lists, process mapping, and functional specs, to UAT and change control. My job is to remove ambiguity so engineers build the right thing once, and stakeholders recognise their business in what ships.
